and Sadaqat Foundation, responsible for managing contributions.

- 2. Beneficiaries must meet the
eligibility requirements set out under Shariah guidelines.
- Donations:
- 1. Zakat Donations:
- Contributions will be distributed strictly according to the categories
outlined in Islamic law (e.g., the poor, needy, debtors).
- The foundation guarantees compliance with Shariah principles in Zakat
distribution.
- 2. Sadaqat Donations:
- Allocated to projects benefiting communities, individuals, or other causes
determined by the foundation.
- 3. Refund Policy:
- Donations are non-refundable once processed, except for errors or fraud
reported within 7 days.
- Allocation and Use of Funds:
- The foundation ensures transparent and responsible use of donations.
- Administrative costs will be disclosed and will not exceed a set percentage
of total funds.

and financial details, is collected only for the purposes of processing donations, issuing receipts, and

and securely.

information or engaging in fraudulent activities.
- 2. Use of the platform for non-charitable purposes is strictly
forbidden.
- Limitation of Liability:
The Al-Ihsan Zakat and Sadaqat Foundation will not be liable for:
